The purchased products will be delivered by JG HITECHNOLOGY to the address you indicated when placing the Order using one of the shipping methods chosen by you from those offered by the site.
Delivery is to be intended to the floor.
It will also be possible to request free collection from the company's warehouses, it being understood that the payment of the price must in any case take place with one of the methods offered by the Site and therefore excluding payment in cash.
DELIVERY TIME:
The products will be delivered within the term indicated by JG HITECHNOLOGY in the e-mail containing the order receipt, generally between 3 and 5 days for deliveries in Italy and 5 and 10 days for deliveries abroad.
These delivery times are purely indicative and may vary as they depend on many factors, such as, for example, the availability of the product, its weight, the place of destination and the chosen payment and delivery methods.
If you choose a deferred payment, such as a bank transfer or Postepay top-up, the delivery date will be set only after the relative amount has been credited.
SHIPPING COST:
Shipping costs are always at your expense (with the exception of the hypothesis of withdrawal from the company's warehouses). The exact amount of shipping costs, which will include fixed handling and packaging costs, is calculated in detail on the purchase summary page, before order confirmation by clicking on the "Proceed with purchase" button and summarized in the e-mail confirming the purchase.
Remember that shipping costs depend on numerous factors such as the shipping method chosen, the weight/volume of the products purchased as well as the shipping location (fast shipping to the islands and Venice, for example, will cost more).

OUR COURIERS
JG HITECHNOLOGY uses various trusted couriers to deliver orders: [eg: Click&quick, Bartolini, SDA Express Couriers, TNT, GLS].
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
In case of multiple orders, the products may be shipped on different dates. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. For this, we advise you to group the products in a single order.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Shipping to post office boxes is excluded.
TRACK SHIPPING STATUS:
You will be able to track the shipment of your order by accessing your Reserved Area and clicking on "Order history and details".
In any case, once the purchase procedure has been completed, we will send you an email containing the code through which you can check the status of the shipment.
VARIOUS:
JG HITECHNOLOGY declines all responsibility for any delay in the delivery of the purchased Products if this derives from Force Majeure.
The risk of damage and/or loss of the Products rests with JG HITECHNOLOGY until the moment of delivery of the same to the User or to a representative designated and indicated in advance to JG HITECHNOLOGY. In any case, know that the boxes are adequately large and that your items are well protected.
